The Sal Large is a 535mm table lamp built around a single cylindrical head that pivots on a curved stem, both finished in matt white metal. The lamp head houses a GU10 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) behind a recessed aperture, allowing the light to be angled towards a desk surface, a book, or up onto a wall depending on head position.

Designed for task lighting on desks, bedside tables and console surfaces, the Sal suits home offices, bedrooms and living rooms where directed light is needed without a fixed overhead fitting. The 180mm circular base provides stability on most flat surfaces, and the 1.85kg weight keeps the lamp steady when the head is adjusted. The pivoting joint allows approximately 90 degrees of vertical rotation, so light can be directed horizontally across a desk or downwards onto reading material.

The matt white finish absorbs rather than reflects surrounding light, keeping the lamp visually quiet in bright rooms with white walls or pale timber furniture. The all-metal construction gives the lamp a solid feel despite its minimal silhouette, and the slender 14mm-wide stem keeps the footprint small where desk space is limited.
