Description

The Sal is a matt white wall light with an integrated rocker switch and a single adjustable GU10 spotlight head mounted on a curved metal arm. The cylindrical spotlight head pivots on a ball joint, allowing light to be directed onto a bedside table, a desk surface, or down onto a wall as wash light. The rocker switch sits on the circular backplate, providing on/off control without reaching for a pull cord or separate switch.

Designed for bedside reading positions, study desks, and hallway task lighting, the Sal mounts flush to the wall with a 100mm-diameter backplate and projects 165mm from the wall surface when the arm is extended. The 385mm vertical reach from backplate to spotlight head positions the light source high enough to clear a pillow when mounted above a bed headboard, or at desk-lamp height when fitted beside a workspace. The fitting accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to the maximum wattage stated in the specification (bulb sold separately).

The matt white powder-coated finish on the metal frame gives a low-sheen surface that sits comfortably against painted plasterboard without creating reflections or drawing visual attention. The curved arm softens the geometry of the circular backplate and cylindrical spotlight head, giving the fitting a more approachable silhouette than straight-armed wall lights. At 0.55kg the fitting is light enough to mount on standard plasterboard with appropriate fixings.
