Description

The Sabina is a 300mm pendant light built around a tapered linen shade in natural brown, suspended on a twisted rope-style fabric cord from a ceiling rose finished in imitation wood grain. The pendant takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) which sits inside the linen drum shade, casting diffused ambient light downwards and a small amount of wash light through the fabric weave.

Designed for smaller dining areas, breakfast bars, bedside positions and clustered installations over kitchen islands, the Sabina works where a 300mm diameter pendant provides enough presence without dominating the space. The adjustable drop between 1000-2000mm allows the shade to be set at the appropriate height for tables (typically 700-800mm above surface) or higher for general room lighting. The rope-style cord conceals the cable run and adds a tactile handmade quality to the overall appearance.

The brown linen shade shows a visible weave texture that becomes more apparent when the bulb is lit, giving the pendant a warmer, more textured light output than metal or glass equivalents. The imitation wood grain finish on the ceiling rose and cord grip brings tonal consistency to the design, pairing the brown shade with a light timber colour that suits coastal, rustic and Scandi-influenced interiors. At 1.1kg the pendant is light enough to fit standard UK ceiling roses without additional support.
