Description

The Rubin is a single-light mini pendant with a faceted crystal glass shade suspended from a polished nickel canopy on a black fabric-covered cable. The glass shade is cut with geometric facets that refract light into multiple directions when the bulb is lit, creating a prism effect across walls and ceilings. An integrated 3W G9 LED inside the shade casts warm 3000K light through the clear glass.

Designed for foyers, over kitchen islands, in bedroom corners and along hallway runs, the Rubin works as a solo accent or in clusters of three, five or more pendants at staggered heights. The 111mm-diameter shade is small enough to group without overcrowding a 900-1200mm island, and the 4572mm cable allows drops from high ceilings down to positions 600-800mm above a worktop or 700-900mm above a dining table. The cable is trimmed to length during installation and the excess concealed inside the canopy.

The faceted glass is machine-cut with clean, angular faces that catch and scatter light differently as you move around the room. The polished nickel canopy and cable grip provide a cool metallic accent that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes. Replacement glass shades are not typically available separately from Feiss. The faceted glass is part of the original design specification, so if the shade is damaged the whole pendant would need replacing.
