This round ceramic table lamp pairs a ribbed, glazed base with a softly textured beige shade, an earthy, easy-going piece that settles quietly into a room. The base is a full, rounded bottle form with a short neck, and fine vertical ribs run from its shoulder down to its foot. Its glaze has a distressed finish, with sage-beige ridges set against rust-red grooves and flecks of paler colour showing through, so it has the look of a well-loved piece of country pottery. On top sits a tapered shade in a warm beige that softens the whole lamp. It stands 42cm tall and measures 33cm wide and 33cm deep.

Its soft, natural colours let it sit comfortably in a living room, bedroom, study or hallway, on a side table, a bedside table, a console or a desk.
