Description
The Rosa is a 46cm polished chrome table lamp built around two contrasting volumes: a wide hemispherical dome shade sitting above a smaller bell-shaped base, connected by a slim chrome stem. A single E27 lamp holder sits inside the dome, with an integrated rotary switch positioned on the side of the base. The shade measures 28cm in diameter, giving it presence on a side table without dominating the surface.
Suited to bedside tables, console tables in hallways, and side tables alongside a sofa, the Rosa works as accent and task lighting rather than primary room illumination. The open underside of the dome directs light downward onto the surface below, making it useful for reading in bed or casting a pool of light over a console. Used in pairs, the lamp creates symmetry on bedside tables or either end of a sideboard.
The all-metal construction in highly polished chrome reflects surrounding colour and light, so the lamp picks up tones from the wall, surface and nearby furnishings rather than reading as a flat silver object. The finish suits modern, minimalist and mid-century-influenced rooms, and pairs particularly well with glass, marble and dark timber surfaces. The lamp carries a 2-year warranty.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Rosa take?
The lamp takes a single E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. A warm-white LED bulb between 6-9W and 2700K-3000K suits bedside and side-table use. Check the bulb's stated maximum wattage on the lamp's rating label before fitting a higher-output filament or halogen bulb.
How is the lamp switched on?
A rotary switch is built into the side of the chrome base, so the lamp does not need an inline cord switch or a switched socket to operate. The switch is positioned within easy reach when the lamp sits on a bedside table.
Where does the light fall?
The dome shade is open at the bottom, so light is directed downward onto the surface beneath the lamp rather than outward into the room. This makes the Rosa effective for bedtime reading or accent pools of light, but less suitable as a primary source for a whole room.
How is the chrome finish cared for?
Polished chrome shows fingerprints and dust readily. Wipe with a dry microfibre cloth to remove marks. For more stubborn smudges, use a barely-damp cloth followed by a dry buff. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which will scratch the polished surface.
