Description
The Rosa is a 48cm diameter chandelier with four curved arms radiating from a telescopic central column, each arm terminating in a dual-layer glass shade combining frosted inner glass and clear sculptured outer glass. The frame is finished in antique brass, a warm mid-brown metallic tone with subtle patina texture. Each arm holds one G9 bulb (sold separately), and the telescopic column allows the drop to be adjusted between 490mm and 770mm on installation.
Designed for rooms where a traditional chandelier would overpower the space, the Rosa works in dining rooms over tables up to 1.2m wide, bedrooms with ceiling heights of 2.3-2.6m, and entrance halls requiring ambient light without excessive projection. The telescopic column means the fitting can be installed as a semi-flush ceiling light at its shortest drop or extended to a pendant configuration where ceiling height allows. The antique brass finish pairs with warm-toned woods, traditional interiors and mid-century colour palettes.
The dual-layer glass shades diffuse light outward while the sculptured clear outer layer adds refraction detail when the bulbs are lit. At 3.2kg the fitting needs a ceiling rose capable of supporting that weight, and the 480mm arm span requires clearance from walls and furniture. The G9 socket accepts capsule halogen or LED bulbs, and dimmable bulbs allow the light level to be controlled if paired with a compatible dimmer switch.
At 3.2kg the fitting sits at the lighter end of the range, so a standard ceiling rose rated for the load will hold it comfortably. The G9 socket accepts capsule LED lamps at 2700K to 3000K for a warm glow.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Rosa take?
The Rosa uses four G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. We suggest pairing it with G9 LED bulbs between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for warm ambient light. Halogen G9 bulbs are also compatible but run hotter and use more energy.
Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?
The telescopic column is adjusted during installation by sliding the inner tube to the required drop between 490mm and 770mm, then locking it in position. Once installed and wired, adjusting the drop requires removing the fitting from the ceiling rose.
Is it dimmable?
The Rosa is compatible with dimmer switches when fitted with dimmable G9 bulbs. LED bulbs must be marked as dimmable, and the dimmer switch must be rated for LED loads to avoid flicker.
What size dining table does it suit?
The 480mm diameter works over dining tables up to 1.2m wide. For larger tables a second Rosa or a wider chandelier would provide better light distribution across the surface.
