Can the Roma be hung horizontally as well as vertically?

Yes. The mirror can be mounted in either orientation depending on the wall space and intended use. Vertical mounting suits full-length dressing mirror applications, while horizontal mounting works above console tables or sideboards. The mounting hardware must be repositioned accordingly.

What fixings are needed for a 34kg mirror?

The Roma requires heavy-duty wall fixings drilled into masonry or timber studs. Plasterboard-only fixings will not safely support 34kg. Use appropriate mirror plates or heavy-duty D-rings with masonry anchors rated for at least 40kg combined load, and distribute the weight across two mounting points minimum.

How is the mirrored frame cleaned?

Wipe the mirrored surfaces with a dry microfibre cloth or a barely-damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid spraying glass cleaner directly onto the mirror as liquid can seep between the angled frame plates and the backing board. Do not use abrasive cleaners or rough cloths on the beveled edges.

Does the black backing show when the mirror is wall-mounted?

The black lacquered MDF backing sits behind the mirrored glass and frame, so it is not visible from the front when the mirror is hung. A thin black edge may be visible from the side depending on viewing angle and wall projection.
