Description
The Rocio is a compact chrome wall light with a single teardrop-shaped glass shade embedded with air bubbles throughout the glass. An integrated 5W LED inside the shade casts 480 lumens of warm 3000K light through the bubbled glass, which refracts and diffuses the light into soft ambient glow. The chrome base and backplate are polished to a mirror finish, reflecting surrounding surfaces and amplifying brightness in tight spaces.
Designed for hallways, bedroom headboards, bathroom mirrors and corridors where compact wall lighting is needed, the Rocio projects 16cm from the wall at a height of 19cm and width of 13cm. The narrow footprint works beside mirrors or in pairs either side of a bed without encroaching into head clearance. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces — this fitting is not suitable for shower zones or unheated outdoor areas.
The solid glass shade weighs 1.45kg including the chrome mounting hardware, giving the fitting a substantial presence despite the small dimensions. The air bubbles trapped inside the glass are distributed randomly through each piece, so the exact pattern and density of bubbles varies between individual units. The chrome finish pairs with cooler-toned interiors, polished tiles, glass surfaces and monochrome palettes, while the warm 3000K LED temperature keeps the light itself from feeling clinical.

Frequently Asked
Is the Rocio dimmable?
The integrated LED is rated at 5W on 220-240V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model — contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility.
Can it be used in bathrooms?
The IP20 rating means the Rocio is suitable only for dry indoor locations. It cannot be installed in bathroom zones 0, 1 or 2 where direct contact with water or steam is possible. It can be used outside these zones in well-ventilated bathrooms.
How is the glass cleaned?
Wipe the glass shade with a dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, a lightly dampened cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid spraying glass cleaner directly onto the fitting — the liquid can run into the LED housing.
Do the air bubbles vary between units?
Yes. The bubbles are trapped randomly during the glass-forming process, so the exact pattern and density differ between individual shades. This is a feature of the production method, not a defect.
