Description

The Ripple is a 650mm table lamp with a white ribbed porcelain column base, brushed nickel cap and plinth, and a black faux linen drum shade. The porcelain base is turned with horizontal ribbing that runs the full height of the 340mm column, creating a tactile surface that catches light at different angles throughout the day. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately) and the hard-backed shade diffuses light evenly across work surfaces and tabletops.

Designed for side tables, bedside positions, console tables in hallways and desk surfaces in home offices, the Ripple works where task and ambient lighting overlap. The 360mm-wide shade provides enough light spread to cover a typical A4 work area or the width of a bedside table without needing a second light source. The black shade absorbs upward spill and directs most of the light downward and outward, making it well-suited to reading or close work rather than room-wide illumination.

The white porcelain base with black fabric shade creates a high-contrast pairing that anchors monochrome and neutral-toned interiors without requiring additional colour.
