Description

The Rimini is a 12 light chandelier with twelve opal white glass tulip shades mounted on curved antique copper arms radiating from a central stem. Each shade houses a G9 bulb (all twelve Osram G9 bulbs included), giving a combined maximum output of 480W across the fitting. The chandelier measures 690mm in diameter and 480mm in height, with the central stem suspending from a matching antique copper canopy.

Designed for dining rooms, double-height hallways and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Rimini provides ambient and decorative light across a wide spread. The flowing arms extend in two tiers, giving depth and dimension to the frame when viewed from below, while the opal glass diffuses the light from each bulb to reduce glare. The chandelier can be fitted as a pendant with adjustable drop, or converted to semi-flush mounting where ceiling height is limited, using the conversion hardware supplied with the fitting.

The antique copper finish has a slightly oxidised, matte-brown tone rather than the brighter sheen of polished copper, giving the frame a warm, aged appearance that pairs well with mid-century, transitional and vintage-inspired interiors. The opal white glass provides a soft contrast against the darker metallic frame. At 5.3kg the chandelier requires secure ceiling fixings into a joist or cross-batten, not plasterboard alone. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

The included Osram bulbs may or may not be dimmable — check the bulb packaging or contact us to confirm before installing on a dimmer circuit.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 480mm body height plus suspension chain typically requires a minimum ceiling height of 2.6m to avoid the chandelier sitting too low in the room. For lower ceilings, the semi-flush conversion option removes the suspension chain and brings the fitting closer to the ceiling, reducing the total drop.

How is the antique copper finish different from polished copper?

Antique copper has a matte, oxidised brown tone rather than the bright, reflective sheen of polished copper. It reads warmer and darker, with less metallic glare under direct light, and pairs more comfortably with traditional, vintage and transitional interiors.
