Description

The Remi is a five-light chandelier built around a central silver-finished resin column with hand-painted fleur-de-lis bobeches and curved metal arms extending to five E27 bulb holders. Each arm holds a grey and cream crackle-finish shade that tapers from a 150mm base to a 100mm top, diffusing light upward and downward. The frame combines silver-painted metal with resin moulded sections, with visible red accent brushstrokes on the decorative bobeches adding a traditional French provincial character.

Designed for dining rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.2m, the 830mm diameter suits tables 1.6-2m long or entrance spaces 3-4m wide. The chandelier drop is adjustable on installation from 693mm minimum to 2.4m maximum using the 1.8m chain supplied, allowing the fitting to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table surface. The five-arm spread provides even light distribution across a table for six to eight diners.

Each of the five arms accepts a 60W maximum E27 bulb (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or filament bulbs depending on the desired light output and colour temperature. The crackle-finish shades soften direct glare from bare bulbs and create a textured surface pattern that becomes more visible when the chandelier is lit. The silver and gold finish on the frame pairs with both warm-toned traditional interiors and grey-based transitional schemes.
