Description

The Mantra Relax is a battery-powered LED table lamp with a rust brown bottle cap-style shade and a corkscrew base that screws directly into a standard wine bottle. The integrated 2W LED delivers 180 lumens at 3000K through a 110° beam, providing warm ambient light for outdoor tables, garden seating and terrace dining. A touch-sensitive dimmer on the shade allows stepless brightness adjustment from full output down to a low glow.

The lamp is designed to be paired with an empty wine, beer or soft drink bottle as its base, turning the bottle into a rechargeable table light. The corkscrew stem threads into the bottle neck in the same way a traditional cork is inserted, holding the lamp securely upright. The IP54 rating makes the lamp suitable for outdoor use where it may encounter rain splash or garden irrigation spray, though it is not submersible. The rechargeable lithium battery charges via USB cable (included) and provides several hours of runtime depending on the dimmer setting.

The rust brown finish on the aluminium shade gives the lamp a warm, oxidised-metal appearance that complements terracotta planters, natural timber furniture and warm-toned outdoor fabrics. At 139mm diameter and 105mm height, the shade itself weighs just 0.4kg, so any standard 750ml wine bottle provides enough weight and height to keep the lamp stable on a table or shelf. Does the bottle come included?

No. The Relax is sold as the lamp cap and corkscrew base only. You provide your own bottle — any standard wine, beer or soft drink bottle with a cork-compatible neck diameter will work. The bottle becomes the base and stem of the lamp once the cap is screwed in.

How is the brightness adjusted?

Touch the metal surface of the shade to cycle through dimmer levels. The touch sensor allows stepless dimming from full 180lm output down to a low ambient glow, with no physical switch or remote needed.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

Runtime depends on the brightness setting. At full output the battery provides approximately 4-6 hours of use. At lower dimmer settings runtime extends significantly. The battery charges via the included USB cable.

Can it be left outdoors permanently?

The IP54 rating protects against rain splash and garden spray, making the lamp suitable for outdoor dining and terrace use. However, it is not weatherproof for permanent outdoor installation in heavy rain or frost. Bring the lamp indoors during prolonged wet weather or when not in use.
