The Reflek is a 1440mm linear LED wall light with a powder-coated white aluminium body, an integrated 20W 3000K LED and IP54 weather protection. The low-profile fitting projects just 50mm from the wall and runs parallel to the surface, delivering indirect up-and-down wash lighting rather than direct forward beam.

Designed for modern exterior walls, covered patios, entrance ways and pathways where indirect ambient light is needed across larger spans, the 1440mm length suits exterior walls above garages, along rendered façades, flanking doorways in commercial or residential settings, and under soffits where downward wash adds safety lighting to pathways. The IP54 rating protects against water splashes and dust ingress, making the fitting suitable for positions exposed to rain and outdoor dirt but not for direct hose-down or submersion.

The white powder-coated aluminium finish resists UV fade and pairs with rendered white walls, UPVC trim, and white-painted timber without introducing colour contrast. The glass diffusers run the full 1440mm length on both top and bottom edges, distributing the 20W LED output evenly as a soft glow rather than visible LED points. The 3000K colour temperature provides a warm white light closer to traditional halogen than cool daylight LEDs, reducing the clinical feel common in older outdoor LED fittings.

Is the Reflek dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches and runs at fixed output on standard 230V mains.

What does IP54 mean for outdoor use?

IP54 provides protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. The fitting is suitable for outdoor positions exposed to rain but should not be directly hosed or submerged. It can be used in covered patios, under soffits, and on exterior walls in typical UK weather.

How is the Reflek mounted?

The fitting mounts to a vertical wall surface using concealed fixings behind the aluminium body. The 1440mm length requires two mounting points spaced appropriately to support the span. Mains cable runs into the back of the fitting through a cable entry gland.

Can it be used on a low ceiling?

The 50mm projection and indirect up-and-down wash lighting make the Reflek suitable for positions where low head clearance is a concern, such as under soffits or on walls adjacent to pathways where a protruding fitting would be a hazard.
