This rectangular velvet jewellery box keeps rings, earrings and small pieces tidy behind a smooth zip. The outside is covered in soft brown velvet with neat top-stitching along the edges, and a gold-coloured zip runs around the front and sides, finished with a round disc on the pull that is easy to find with your fingertips. Open the lid and the inside is lined in cream. The base holds four small compartments beside a row of soft ring rolls, and the lid carries a strip with holes for stud earrings. It measures 14cm wide, 11cm deep and 6cm high, a compact size that sits comfortably in the hand.
