Description

The Ravine is a 318mm outdoor wall lantern in western bronze with four bevelled clear glass panels set in a tapered frame. A single E27 bulb (sold separately) sits behind the glass, casting light through the bevels and out through the open top and bottom of the lantern. The western bronze finish is a mid-tone metallic brown with subtle copper undertones, darker than polished brass but warmer than oil-rubbed bronze.

Designed for wall mounting at entrances, porch areas, garage doorways and along pathways, the Ravine carries an IP44 rating against rain and dust ingress, making it suitable for covered outdoor locations that face weather exposure but not direct horizontal rainfall. The 182mm projection from the wall and 153mm width suit narrow wall spaces either side of a door or along a fence run where a larger lantern would overwhelm the proportions. The tapered glass frame and loop mounting detail above the lantern give it a traditional carriage-light character.

The four glass panels are bevelled along each edge, creating prismatic reflections when the bulb is lit. Most users pair this lantern with a warm-white LED filament bulb in the ST64 or A60 shape at 2700K to replicate the look of vintage Edison bulbs, though any E27 LED up to 60W equivalent is compatible.
