Description

The Rado is an 18W LED magnetic track spotlight with adjustable colour temperature from 2700K warm white to 6000K cool white, controlled via smartphone app or voice commands through compatible smart home systems. The spotlight mounts magnetically to a 48V DC track rail (sold separately) and rotates 355° on its mount, allowing the light beam to be directed across walls, artwork, retail displays or work surfaces.

Designed for retail, gallery, office and residential track lighting installations, the Rado provides both accent and task lighting in environments where fixture positions need adjusting without rewiring. The magnetic mount clicks onto the track rail and can be repositioned along the track length by hand, making it straightforward to reconfigure lighting layouts as room use changes. The matte diffuser spreads the beam evenly without creating a hard-edged hotspot, and the 355° rotation means the spotlight can be aimed nearly anywhere in the room from a single track position.

The white aluminium body measures 102mm diameter and projects 193mm from the track rail when mounted, with the cylindrical head housing the LED module and diffuser. The adjustable colour temperature covers the full range from warm tungsten tones at 2700K through to daylight-equivalent cool white at 6000K, selectable in real time through the app rather than requiring bulb changes. Dimming is stepless from 1-100%, controlled through the same app interface or voice command. The IP20 rating restricts the spotlight to dry indoor locations only.

No. The Rado spotlight mounts magnetically to a compatible 48V DC track rail system, which is sold separately. The track rail, power supply and end caps must be purchased as additional components to build a complete track lighting installation.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

Colour temperature is controlled through the Maytoni smart lighting app (available for iOS and Android) or via voice commands through compatible smart home platforms. The adjustment is continuous from 2700K to 6000K, allowing any tone between warm white and cool white to be selected in real time.

Can the spotlight be repositioned after installation?

Yes. The magnetic mount allows the spotlight to be moved along the track rail by hand without tools or rewiring. This makes it straightforward to reconfigure the lighting layout as room layouts or display positions change.

Is it suitable for bathroom use?

No. The IP20 rating means the spotlight is only suitable for dry indoor locations. It does not carry the IP44 or IP65 rating required for bathroom zones or outdoor use.
