Description

The Radity X-shaped power connector is a four-way junction component for Maytoni's magnetic track lighting system, allowing four track sections to meet at a central point in a cross configuration. The connector distributes DC 48V power across all four arms, maintaining electrical continuity through the junction while holding the track sections in alignment.

Designed for surface-mounted magnetic track installations where tracks intersect at right angles, the connector suits retail spaces, galleries, commercial offices and residential rooms where lighting needs to follow multiple ceiling lines or create grid patterns. The 11cm x 11cm footprint matches the width of Radity track sections, and the low 7mm profile maintains a near-flush appearance against the ceiling.

The black plastic housing matches the black Radity track finish and conceals the internal contact plates that transfer power between sections. The connector clips into place on the magnetic mounting system without requiring additional fixings beyond those used for the track itself, allowing the junction to be repositioned during installation or reconfigured later if the layout changes.

How is the connector installed?

The connector clips into the magnetic mounting system in the same way as the track sections themselves. No additional fixings are needed beyond those already used to mount the track to the ceiling. The connector can be repositioned or removed by unclipping it from the magnetic base.
