Description

The Radiara-2 is a 144mm diameter recessed LED downlight with an integrated 15W 3000K light source housed in a white die-cast aluminium body. The fitting uses COB (Chip on Board) LED technology to deliver a diffused warm-white output through a frosted lens, eliminating visible hotspots or individual LED diodes.

Designed for plasterboard ceiling installation in bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and utility rooms where an IP44-rated fitting is required, the Radiara-2 cuts a 71mm aperture and sits flush with the ceiling surface once fitted. The IP44 front protection rating provides resistance against water splashes from any direction, making it suitable for Zone 2 bathroom areas (600mm+ from a shower head or bath edge) and general kitchen use.

The die-cast aluminium construction dissipates heat effectively, supporting the LED module's rated lifespan without needing active cooling fans. The matt white finish matches standard ceiling paint tones and the 144mm visible diameter gives a low-profile presence in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower. The fitting is not dimmable and runs on 230V mains without requiring a separate driver box.
