Each shade sits on a short arm extending from a central ceiling mount, positioning the light 152mm below the ceiling when fitted flush. The opal glass diffuses the bulb output into soft, even ambient light across the fitting's circular footprint.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and spaces with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.5m where a pendant would hang too low, the semi-flush configuration provides ambient lighting without obstructing sightlines or headroom. The 324mm diameter suits rooms of 10-16m² where the fitting acts as primary ceiling light, and the twin E27 sockets allow total output to be scaled between 12W and 120W depending on the bulbs chosen (sold separately). The fixture can also be installed as a short-drop pendant using the adjustable chain included in the box, with drop adjustable between 241mm and 1308mm during fitting.

The satin nickel finish on the main arms provides a soft metallic base that reflects less light than polished chrome, while the polished chrome bands at the top and bottom of each shade add contrast and define the edges of the glass cylinders. Small pressed crystal accents sit where each arm meets the central mount, catching and refracting light when the fitting is on. What bulbs does the Prospect Park take?

Can it be fitted as a pendant instead of semi-flush?

Yes. The fitting includes an adjustable chain allowing it to be installed as a short-drop pendant with a drop between 241mm and 1308mm, adjusted during installation. This suits rooms with higher ceilings where a semi-flush position would place the light too close to the ceiling.

What ceiling height does it suit?

When fitted semi-flush, the 152mm projection suits ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.5m where a traditional pendant would hang into the sightline. For higher ceilings, the pendant configuration provides better visual balance.

Is the glass shade removable for bulb changes?

Yes. Each cylindrical glass shade is held in place by the chrome bands and can be removed to access the E27 socket for bulb replacement without needing to detach the entire fitting from the ceiling.
