Description

The Pristina V3 is a 20W LED track spotlight with a cylindrical white metal body that mounts onto three-phase track systems. The integrated LED delivers 3000K warm white light through a 24° beam angle, with a CRI90 colour rendering index that reproduces colours closer to natural daylight than standard retail LED fittings.

Designed for galleries, retail displays, showrooms and museum environments where accurate colour perception matters, the Pristina V3 pairs directional beam control with high colour fidelity. The spotlight head rotates 350° on the track mount and tilts 90° from horizontal to near-vertical, allowing light to be aimed at wall-hung art, mannequins, product displays or architectural details. The 24° beam gives a tighter pool of light than typical 38° track spots, reducing spill onto adjacent walls and concentrating attention on the lit object.

The metal body is formed through extrusion and CNC machining, then powder-coated in matt white. The 180mm height and 80mm diameter give the spotlight a proportionate presence on track runs without dominating the ceiling plane. The three-phase track connector clips into standard three-circuit track rails, allowing multiple spotlights to be powered from a single track installation and repositioned along the rail as display layouts change. The IP20 rating restricts use to indoor, dry environments.

The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) measures how accurately a light source reproduces colours compared to natural daylight. CRI90 means the LED renders 90% of the colour spectrum accurately, making it suitable for retail, galleries and museums where colour fidelity is critical. Standard retail LEDs typically run CRI80, which can shift reds, blues and skin tones noticeably.

Is the Pristina V3 dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is non-dimmable. If dimming is required, consider alternative Ideal Lux track spotlight models that specify dimmer compatibility.

What track system does it fit?

The Pristina V3 fits three-phase track systems. Three-phase track runs three separate electrical circuits within a single rail, allowing groups of spotlights to be switched independently. It does not fit single-circuit or two-circuit track systems without an adapter.

Can the spotlight be repositioned once installed?

Yes. The three-phase track connector clips into the rail and can be slid along the track to new positions without re-wiring, making it straightforward to adjust lighting as displays or room layouts change.
