Description

The Pristina V2 is a 30W LED track spotlight designed for three-phase track systems, housed in a white powder-coated metal cylinder measuring 80mm in diameter and 180mm in height. The integrated LED delivers 3000K warm white light through a 36° beam angle, with a CRI90 colour rendering index that reproduces colours more accurately than standard CRI80 retail lighting.

Designed for retail displays, gallery walls, showrooms and hospitality interiors where directed accent lighting is needed, the Pristina V2 rotates 350° on its track mount and tilts 90° up or down. This range of movement allows a single spotlight to be repositioned to follow changing displays or to highlight different wall sections without rewiring. The three-phase track connection means multiple spotlights can be independently controlled on separate circuits within the same track run.

The white powder-coated metal body is manufactured using CNC machining, extrusion and forging processes to provide dimensional consistency across batch production. The cylindrical housing acts as a heatsink for the 30W LED module, allowing passive cooling without fans. The IP20 rating limits the spotlight to dry indoor environments only. The integrated LED is not user-replaceable but carries a 5-year warranty covering both the LED and driver.

What is a three-phase track system?

A three-phase track contains three separate electrical circuits within a single track rail, allowing spotlights on the same track to be controlled independently on different switching circuits. The Pristina V2 adapter clips onto the track and connects to one of the three phases depending on which circuit you want it controlled by.

Is the Pristina V2 dimmable?

No. The integrated 30W LED driver does not support dimming. If dimming is required, consider a track spotlight with a dimmable driver or use a different model from the Ideal Lux track range.

What does CRI90 mean for colour rendering?

CRI (Colour Rendering Index) measures how accurately a light source reproduces colours compared to natural daylight. CRI90 means the spotlight renders 90% of colours accurately, which is higher than the CRI80 typical in standard retail lighting. This makes CRI90 suitable for environments where colour accuracy matters, such as fashion retail, art galleries and showrooms.

Can the LED be replaced?

No. The LED module is integrated into the spotlight body and is not user-replaceable. The 5-year warranty covers failure of both the LED and driver during normal use.
