The Principe is a round LED flush ceiling light in gold, built as stepped rings that sit close to the ceiling. A broad gold disc meets the ceiling, a deeper drum below it is banded with rows of square cut clear glass crystals, and a lower gold ring carries a second, narrower crystal band around its inner edge. The steel body has a gold-coloured finish with a soft, crinkled texture like gold leaf. It measures 70cm across and 12.5cm deep. The light comes from 14 integrated LED lights rated at 3.15W each, each giving 380 lumens in a warm 3000K white. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms.
