Description

The Princess is a floor lamp built around a slim gold-finish metal stem decorated with faceted crystal spheres and topped with a 350mm tapered lampshade in quilted fabric with gold glitter. The base is a hexagonal acrylic plinth giving the lamp a combined height of approximately 1.6m when assembled. A single E27 bulb fitting sits inside the shade (bulb sold separately).

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and reading corners where ambient light and decorative presence are both needed, the Princess works alongside sofas, beside armchairs or in alcoves where a fixed ceiling fitting is absent or inconvenient. The acrylic base sits flat on carpets and hard floors without scratching, and the slim stem occupies minimal floor space despite the height. The quilted shade diffuses light softly across a room rather than directing it downward as a reading task light would.

The gold finish on the metal stem is applied over a steel core, and the faceted crystal spheres are positioned at intervals along the stem to catch and reflect light from the bulb above. The shade is made from PVC foil covered in a quilted fabric with embedded gold glitter particles, giving the lamp a warmer appearance under evening light than under daylight.
