Description

The Piccola is a 13cm diameter matt black pendant light with an integrated 5W LED producing 550 lumens at 3000K. The shade is formed from two overlapping disc layers in matt black metal, with a gentle downward curve to the lower disc that directs light onto surfaces below. The black cable and cylindrical ceiling canopy continue the monochrome finish, giving the pendant a clean profile against white or coloured ceilings.

Designed for task lighting over kitchen counters, hallway consoles and bedside positions, the Piccola works where a single focused light source is needed without spreading fill light across the whole room. The 500mm minimum drop suits standard 2.4m ceiling heights when hung over a counter or desk, while the maximum 1800mm drop allows installation in double-height hallways or above dining tables in rooms with taller ceilings. The compact 13cm shade diameter keeps the fitting unobtrusive in narrow spaces.

The matt black finish shows minimal fingerprints and pairs cleanly with modern kitchens, minimalist interiors and monochrome schemes. The 550 lumen output at 3000K gives enough light for reading, food preparation and grooming tasks without the harshness of cooler daylight temperatures. Can the cable length be adjusted after installation?

The drop is adjustable between 500mm and 1800mm during installation by shortening the cable inside the ceiling canopy. Once fitted, the cable length is fixed unless the pendant is removed and re-installed.
