The Piazza is a 350mm square flush crystal ceiling light built around a polished chrome frame housing four G9 bulb holders. The ceiling plate and frame hold layers of faceted octagonal crystal elements set in metal rings, forming a continuous surface of cut glass that refracts light across all four sides and the recessed centre panel.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant would hang too low, the Piazza sits 120mm from the ceiling and provides overhead decorative lighting without the drop of a chandelier. The flush mounting suits hallways, bedrooms, compact living rooms and bathrooms where ceiling clearance is limited but decorative presence is still wanted. The polished chrome finish and crystal combination pairs with both contemporary and traditional schemes.

Each crystal element is individually cut to maximise refraction, so when the four G9 bulbs are lit the fitting throws light through multiple facets rather than a single diffuser. The result is a pattern of prismatic reflections across the ceiling and surrounding walls. The fitting weighs 3.4kg when fully assembled and requires a ceiling rose capable of supporting that load. Bulbs are sold separately — most users pair this with 4 x G9 LED bulbs between 2-5W each for a combined output of 8-20W.

Is the Piazza dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself supports dimming but the bulbs and dimmer must both be rated for G9 LED dimming to avoid flicker.

What bulbs does it take?

The Piazza takes four G9 capsule bulbs up to 33W each. Bulbs are not included. Most users fit 2-5W G9 LED bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient bedroom or hallway lighting.

What ceiling height is it suited for?

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off at the mains and allow the bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal element with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal frame or using spray cleaners that can leave residue on the polished chrome.
