Description
The Phasia is a 150mm tall outdoor pedestal light built from powder-coated aluminium in a matt brown finish, with a rectangular aperture cut through the centre of the upright column and filled with transparent tempered glass. A single G9 bulb (sold separately) sits inside the column and casts light through the glass panel, illuminating pathways, driveway edges and garden borders with a low-level directional glow.
Designed for ground-level installation along paths, driveways, patio edges and lawn borders, the Phasia provides marker lighting rather than flood lighting. The brown finish pairs with timber decking, stone paving and clay brickwork, and the compact 150mm height keeps the fitting below typical waist height so it marks an edge without obstructing views. The IP44 rating protects against water splashes from above and dust ingress, making it suitable for exposed positions in UK gardens where rain and wind are constant.
The aluminium body is powder-coated to resist corrosion in damp conditions, and the tempered glass panel withstands impacts from garden debris, hailstones and accidental knocks from garden equipment. The 50mm projection from the mounting surface gives the fitting a slimline profile that sits flush against walls or fence posts when used as a marker on vertical surfaces rather than ground-mounted bollards.

Frequently Asked
Is it suitable for exposed outdoor positions?
The IP44 rating provides protection against water splashes from above and dust ingress, so the Phasia can be installed in exposed garden positions where rain is common. It is not rated for direct hose-down or submersion, so avoid positions where it would sit in standing water or be subjected to high-pressure cleaning.
What bulb does it take?
The Phasia takes one G9 capsule bulb up to the maximum wattage specified by the manufacturer. G9 bulbs are available in both halogen and LED versions. Most users opt for a 2-3W LED G9 in warm white (2700K-3000K) for pathway marker lighting. Bulbs are sold separately.
Can it be dimmed?
The fitting is rated as dimmable, but dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb used. LED G9 bulbs must be marked as dimmable and paired with a compatible LED dimmer. Check the bulb packaging before connecting to a dimmed circuit.
How is it mounted?
The 50mm projection and 150mm height suggest wall or post mounting rather than free-standing bollard installation. The fitting can be fixed to fence posts, walls, or raised garden borders where low-level marker lighting is needed. Check the rear of the unit for fixing points before installation.
