Description

The Petaca is a 295mm curved LED wall light with an integrated 12W LED delivering 624 lumens at 3000K warm white. The fitting mounts flat to the wall with a shallow 80mm projection, the curved form cut from a single matt white moulding that acts as both structure and diffuser. The LED is concealed inside the curve, washing light down the wall and out from the face of the fitting.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms where ambient rather than task lighting is needed, the Petaca works as a single accent or in multiples along a corridor. The 295mm length suits standard UK wall widths and the matt white finish reflects surrounding light during the day, becoming a distinct light source at night. The shallow projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, minimising the risk of head contact in narrow hallways or beside doors.

The curved form is made from a durable white polymer that diffuses the LED evenly across the surface without visible hotspots. At 0.85kg the fitting is light enough to mount on most interior walls without requiring additional reinforcement. The non-dimmable LED operates on standard 230V mains and draws 12W continuously when switched on, equivalent to approximately 50W of incandescent output at a fraction of the running cost.

No. The integrated 12W LED operates at fixed output on 230V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

The 3000K LED produces warm white light similar to a traditional incandescent bulb. The curved diffuser washes light down the wall and out from the face of the fitting, providing ambient rather than directed task light.

How is it mounted?
