Description

The Parete is a 22cm linear LED track light designed for Exility magnetic track systems, housing a 12W integrated LED at 3000K warm white output. The black aluminium housing clips onto the low-voltage magnetic track rail, drawing DC 48V power through magnetic contact points rather than hard-wired connections, allowing the fitting to be repositioned along the track length without tools or re-wiring.

Designed for accent and task lighting in residential and commercial interiors, the Parete suits kitchen worktop illumination, retail display shelving, gallery walls, and home office desks where directed linear light is needed. The 22cm light source sits parallel to the track rail and provides a focused beam onto surfaces 60-120cm below. Multiple Parete units can be combined on a single magnetic track to build continuous linear runs or spaced individually to highlight specific zones.

The black anodised aluminium body measures 22cm long by 2.2cm wide with a 4.6cm vertical profile from the track rail, making it a low-profile option for ceiling-mounted installations where headroom matters. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments. The magnetic track system requires a separate Exility track rail and DC 48V power supply (sold separately), but once installed the track accepts any Exility-compatible magnetic fitting and allows fittings to be moved, added or removed without cutting power to the circuit.

What is the Exility magnetic track system?

Exility is Maytoni's magnetic track lighting system where fittings attach to a powered track rail through magnetic contact rather than fixed electrical connections. This allows track lights to be repositioned, added or removed along the rail without cutting power or using tools. The system runs on DC 48V low voltage and requires a compatible track rail and power supply sold separately.

Can this be used on other track systems?

No. The Parete is designed exclusively for Exility magnetic track rails and will not fit standard three-circuit track systems or other manufacturers' magnetic tracks. Check compatibility before purchasing if you have existing track infrastructure.

What height should the track be mounted?

For worktop or desk task lighting, mount the track 60-90cm above the surface. For accent lighting on walls or shelving, 80-150cm distance gives good coverage without glare. The magnetic system allows you to adjust fitting positions after installation to fine-tune light placement.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 12W LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for long operational life and is covered by Maytoni's 5-year warranty. When the LED reaches end-of-life the entire fitting is replaced.
