Description

The Paola is a 2 light wall light with silver painted metal arms forming fluid loops from a central oval backplate, each arm topped with a tapered cream fabric shade. The fitting measures 340mm tall by 320mm wide and projects 210mm from the wall, designed to suit hallways, living room accent walls and bedroom alcoves where ambient wall lighting is needed without ceiling fixings.

Two E14 bulbs sit inside the cream fabric shades, which diffuse the light to reduce glare and cast a soft warm glow onto surrounding walls. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED or halogen bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing light levels to be adjusted for evening use or mood lighting. Removable glass droplets hang from the arms on wires, adding decorative detail and light refraction when fitted, or can be removed entirely for a simpler profile.

The silver painted finish on the metal frame gives a mid-tone reflective surface that sits between bright chrome and antique metallics, pairing comfortably with both warm and cool colour schemes. The cream fabric on the shades softens the overall appearance and complements traditional, transitional and contemporary interiors where a decorative wall fitting is needed without heavy ornament. The 0.80kg weight allows fixing to plasterboard walls using cavity fixings rated for at least 2kg. For solid masonry walls, standard wall plugs and screws are sufficient. The backplate has pre-drilled fixing holes and covers the electrical connection behind it once installed.
