Description

The Paola is a single-light wall sconce with a silver-painted metal frame that loops upward to support a cream fabric shade, with an optional black glass droplet hanging from the base of the loop. An integrated rocker switch is built into the oval wall plate, allowing the light to be controlled without needing a separate wall switch circuit. The fitting takes a single E14 bulb (sold separately) behind the cream shade, which diffuses light upward and outward.

Designed for bedside positioning, hallways and living room feature walls where an accessible on/off control is more practical than wiring to a wall switch, the Paola mounts to a standard UK back box with the cable concealed behind the oval wall plate. The 170mm projection from the wall keeps the shade clear of furniture when mounted at standard bedside height (approximately 1400-1600mm from the floor). The 380mm overall height makes it suitable for installation between headboards and picture frames without dominating the wall.
