The Pandora is a 3-light bar pendant built around three chrome-plated mirrored glass domes suspended from an 890mm polished chrome bar. Each dome houses a cluster of cut crystal droplets that hang below the E14 bulb fitting. When unlit the mirrored glass reflects surrounding surfaces; when lit the glass takes on a smoked translucency that reveals the crystal inside, creating scattered highlights and layered refraction.

Designed for linear installation above kitchen islands, dining tables and breakfast bars, the 890mm bar suits surfaces between 1800-2400mm long where the three domes can be evenly distributed along the length. The drop adjusts between 220mm and 1750mm, allowing the pendant to be set 700-800mm above a dining table or 600-900mm above a kitchen worktop depending on ceiling height. The polished chrome bar mounts to a standard UK ceiling rose and the height-adjustable cables run inside chrome sleeves.

Each dome measures 180mm deep and combines three finish layers: polished chrome on the outer surface, mirrored glass in the middle, and a frosted white inner diffuser behind the crystal. This construction means the pendant reads differently depending on ambient light levels and viewing angle. The crystal droplets refract the E14 bulb light into small points of sparkle across the dome interior, while the frosted white backing prevents glare from the bare bulb. The 2.7kg weight requires secure ceiling fixings on joists or suitable ceiling anchors.

What bulbs does the Pandora take?

The pendant takes three E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs up to 40W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle or golf-ball bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K to suit kitchen or dining room lighting.

Is the Pandora dimmable?

Yes, if you fit dimmable E14 bulbs. The pendant itself has no built-in dimming electronics, so dimmer compatibility depends entirely on the bulbs you choose and the dimmer switch on your circuit.

What length table or island does the 890mm bar suit?

The 890mm bar works best above surfaces between 1800-2400mm long, where the three domes can be evenly distributed without clustering too close together or sitting too far from the ends. For longer islands or tables, consider pairing two Pandora pendants in sequence.

How do you clean the mirrored glass?

Switch off and allow the bulbs to cool completely. Wipe the outer mirrored surface with a dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid household glass sprays which can damage the chrome plating where it meets the glass edge.
