Description

The Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC55 is a smart battery charger supplied with four AA 2000mAh NiMH rechargeable batteries, designed for UK mains use via a permanently attached UK plug. The charger handles up to four AA or AAA batteries simultaneously, charging two AA batteries in 1.5 hours or a full set of four in 3 hours. Each of the four charging bays operates independently with its own LED indicator showing charge status.

Built around Panasonic's Smart Charge technology, the BQ-CC55 monitors voltage and temperature individually for each battery during the charge cycle, adjusting current to prevent overcharging and overheating. This extends battery lifespan and reduces wasted energy compared to basic timed chargers.
