This is the Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC55 SmartPlus charger, supplied with four AA Eneloop rechargeable cells already in the tray and pre-charged, so you can use them straight out of the box. The charger takes Ni-MH cells in AA and AAA sizes, one to four at a time, and the pack states a full charge in around one and a half hours for a set of two AA cells. The four AA cells included are rated at 2000mAh, which is the working capacity a torch, a games controller or a camera flash will draw on.
