Description

The Otis-2 is a single-lamp outdoor spotlight with a 125mm diameter resin body finished in white, housing one GU10 bulb holder (bulb sold separately). The lamp head tilts and rotates on a side-mounted bracket, allowing directional adjustment to focus light onto garden features, building facades, pathways or planting beds. The resin construction is rated IP66 for full protection against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets from any direction.

Designed for year-round outdoor use in the UK and colder climates, the Otis-2 operates across a temperature range of -60°C to +90°C, covering winter frost, summer heat and coastal environments. The resin body resists corrosion from atmospheric moisture, UV exposure and garden chemicals such as fertilisers and pesticides without degrading or discolouring over time. The white finish integrates cleanly into rendered walls, white-painted garden structures and contemporary outdoor schemes.

The spotlight mounts to walls, ground stakes or hard landscaping using the bracket base, and the GU10 fitting accepts dimmable LED bulbs when paired with an outdoor-rated dimmer on the circuit. The directional diffuser at the front of the lamp head focuses light output into a controlled beam rather than a wide wash, making the Otis-2 suitable for accent lighting tasks where spill light onto adjacent areas is undesirable. The 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures.

How is the resin body cleaned?

Wipe the resin casing with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The resin resists staining from garden chemicals, but avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface. The lens can be wiped with a soft cloth to maintain light output.
