Description

The Otis-2 is a single outdoor spotlight with a black resin body and a fully adjustable head, designed to direct a single GU10 bulb towards garden features, pathways, architectural details or planted borders. The spotlight mounts on a 125mm circular base and tilts through approximately 90 degrees on a side-mounted pivot, allowing the beam to be angled from ground level up to wall-washing or into tree canopies.

Built for year-round outdoor use in UK gardens, patios and commercial landscaping, the Otis-2 carries an IP66 rating against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets from any direction. The resin construction resists atmospheric agents, fertilisers and temperature extremes from -60°C to +90°C, so the fitting remains stable through winter frosts, summer heat and wet seasons without cracking or fading.

The black finish provides low visual impact in planted borders and blends into darker paving, brickwork and rendered walls. The spotlight accepts any standard GU10 LED bulb (sold separately), giving control over colour temperature, beam angle and wattage according to the application. Most users pair the Otis-2 with a narrow-beam GU10 LED between 3W-6W for accent lighting or a wider flood beam for path illumination.

The base can be fixed to hard surfaces with screws or spiked into soil and gravel using a separately-available ground spike. The cable gland at the rear accepts standard outdoor-rated cable and the internal terminals accommodate mains-voltage wiring up to 240V. Dimmable when paired with a compatible GU10 LED and dimmer circuit.
