Description

The Opal is a single-head LED spotlight with a 7W integrated 3000K LED housed in a white powder-coated die-cast aluminium cylinder. The spotlight head tilts and rotates on a vertical stem fixed to a cylindrical ceiling mount, allowing the beam to be directed at artwork, shelving, architectural details or reading positions. The transparent knurled acrylic lens at the front softens the beam edge without diffusing the light direction.

Designed for accent lighting in living rooms, home offices, galleries and retail spaces, the Opal works where a specific surface or object needs to be lit without flooding the entire room with ambient light. The 70mm canopy diameter fits UK ceiling roses and back boxes, and the total projection from ceiling to spotlight end measures 87mm. The head rotates 350 degrees horizontally and tilts approximately 90 degrees vertically, giving coverage across most wall-to-ceiling angles from a single fitting point.

The white powder-coated finish on the die-cast aluminium body resists chipping and gives a clean, neutral appearance that suits both white ceilings and painted plaster. A black rear cover on the spotlight head and a black internal front ring add definition to the cylinder form without introducing colour contrast. The integrated LED runs at 7W on 230V mains and delivers warm 3000K light that pairs comfortably with incandescent and halogen fittings elsewhere in the room. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces.
