Description

This is a warm white LED GLS bulb with an E27 screw cap, the classic pear shape in opal glass. It is 10.5cm long and 6cm across at its widest, so it slips into most fittings made for a standard E27 bulb. The opal glass is a soft milky white, which hides the LEDs inside and spreads the light evenly instead of throwing a hard point of glare. It draws 4W and gives 470 lumens at 2700K, a cosy warm light. With an IP20 rating it belongs indoors, in dry rooms.

Because the glass glows evenly, this bulb looks right left bare in a simple pendant or cord set, with no shade needed. It also suits table lamps, bedside lamps and ceiling shades in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. The warm 2700K tone sits comfortably beside wood, fabric and painted walls, and 470 lumens gives a gentle, even light for reading corners and evening rooms rather than a bright working light.
