Description

The Omera is a 45W constant current LED panel driver with 1-10V dimming capability, designed to power LED panel lights with stable current delivery. The driver regulates output to maintain consistent brightness across the panel surface, preventing flicker and ensuring uniform illumination even at dimmed levels.

Suited for recessed ceiling panels in offices, corridors, conference rooms and retail environments, the Omera fits into the void above the ceiling tile or within the panel housing itself. The 106mm x 69mm footprint allows installation in compact ceiling voids where space behind the panel is limited. The driver connects to the mains supply at one end and the LED panel at the other, with separate terminals for the 1-10V dimming signal.

The white plastic casing carries an IP20 rating, making it appropriate for dry indoor environments. Built-in overload and short-circuit protection prevent damage to the driver and connected LED panel if a fault occurs. The constant current output protects the LED panel from voltage fluctuations in the mains supply, extending panel lifespan and reducing maintenance frequency in commercial installations.

The Omera uses 1-10V dimming, a common commercial standard. It requires a separate 1-10V dimmer control connected to the dimming terminals on the driver. The driver is not compatible with phase-cut trailing-edge dimmers used for traditional lamps.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

The 5-year Ideal Lux warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, overvoltage, short circuits or use outside the specified IP rating.
