The Notte is a compact wall spotlight with a matt black cylindrical head mounted on a rectangular backplate, housing a single GU10 bulb fitting (sold separately). An integrated switch sits flush on the backplate, providing on-off control without needing to reach for a wall switch or pull cord. The spotlight head rotates on a pivot joint, allowing the beam to be directed at a page, a wall, or downwards onto a work surface.

Designed for bedside reading, hallway accent lighting, and home office task zones, the Notte provides focused light where overhead fittings would spill too broadly or create glare. The 160mm height and 136mm projection keep the fitting close to the wall, making it suitable for narrower corridors and bedrooms where space is limited. The rectangular backplate measures 65mm wide, fitting comfortably between joists and existing cable runs during installation.

The matt black finish absorbs rather than reflects ambient light, so the fitting remains visually recessive when switched off and does not compete with surrounding décor. The cylindrical head houses a glass lens that focuses the GU10 beam into a tighter cone than a bare bulb would produce. The fitting accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to the maximum wattage shown in the specification table, giving flexibility to choose colour temperature and brightness to suit the application. The integrated switch eliminates the need for inline switches on trailing cables or having to install a dedicated wall switch for the spotlight.

Yes. The cylindrical spotlight head rotates on a pivot joint, allowing the beam to be directed at different angles for reading, accent lighting or task work. Once positioned, the head holds its angle under the friction of the pivot.

Is it dimmable?

No. The Notte is not dimmable. The integrated switch provides on-off control only.

What height above a bedside table should it be installed?

Typically 1.2-1.4m from the floor (roughly level with the pillow when sitting upright in bed). This allows the beam to be angled down onto a book without glare, and keeps the switch within easy reach from a sitting position. Adjust to personal preference during installation.
