Description

The Norma is a 9-light cluster pendant suspending ribbed glass globes in clear, amber and smoked grey from an 800mm matt black canopy ringed with satin brass. Each globe houses an E27 bulb behind vertically ribbed moulded glass, and the nine pendants drop at varying heights to create a cascading waterfall effect across an 1100-3200mm adjustable span.

Designed for open-plan living rooms, dining areas above tables seating 6-8, and double-height entrance halls, the Norma fills vertical space without overwhelming horizontal floor area. The radio-frequency remote control operates an on-board dimmer, allowing the output to be adjusted from full brightness down to ambient glow without wiring a wall dimmer. Nine E27 LED 8W dimmable bulbs are included, eliminating the need to source compatible bulbs separately.

The ribbed glass diffuses light evenly while the three different tints—clear, warm amber and smoked grey—create tonal variation across the cluster when lit. The satin brass ring at the canopy edge and the brass-finished bulb holders inside each globe contrast against the matt black ceiling plate and black fabric-covered suspension cables. At 15.82kg the fitting requires a ceiling joist or reinforced fixing point capable of supporting the combined weight of frame, glass and bulbs.

The cluster pendants are individually height-adjustable during installation, allowing the cascade to be tailored to the room's ceiling height and the intended visual balance. The minimum drop of 1100mm suits standard 2.4m ceilings when hung above a dining table, while the maximum 3200mm extension accommodates vaulted ceilings or mezzanine installations where the fitting hangs into open vertical space.

Are the bulbs included?

Yes. The Norma ships with nine E27 LED 8W dimmable bulbs already fitted. These are compatible with the on-board dimmer operated by the radio-frequency remote control included in the box.

How is the dimming controlled?

A radio-frequency remote control is supplied with the fitting. The remote pairs with an on-board dimmer inside the canopy, so no wall dimmer switch or additional wiring is required. The remote operates within typical room distances and does not require line-of-sight to the fitting.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 1100mm works in rooms with 2.4m ceilings when the fitting is hung above a dining table or kitchen island. The maximum 3200mm extension suits double-height spaces, vaulted ceilings or mezzanine installations where the cluster hangs into open vertical space.

Does the weight require a reinforced ceiling fixing?

Yes. At 15.82kg the fitting must be fixed to a ceiling joist or a reinforced fixing point rated to support at least 20kg. Do not fix the canopy to plasterboard alone without appropriate load-bearing support behind it.
