Description

The Norma is a 9-light glass cluster pendant combining clear, amber and smoked grey ribbed glass shades suspended on individual satin brass stems from a matt black circular canopy. Each shade is moulded with vertical ribbing that diffuses light from the enclosed E27 bulb, creating soft radiance rather than harsh directional glare. The nine shades hang at varying heights — adjustable on installation via the cable drops — allowing the cluster to fill vertical space above kitchen islands, dining tables or double-height entrance halls.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or higher, the Norma can be set with a minimum drop of 110cm or extended to 500cm depending on the space. The matt black canopy measures 80cm in diameter and houses nine individual suspension points, each with a gravity toggle for secure mounting on flat or angled ceilings. The satin brass stems provide warm metallic accents between the black canopy and the coloured glass, while the mix of clear, amber and smoked shades introduces tonal variation when lit.

The fitting weighs 15.82kg once assembled, requiring secure ceiling mounting to a joist or rated ceiling fixings. All nine E27 8W LED bulbs are included in the package and are rated as dimmable, compatible with TRIAC and 0-10V dimmer systems. Yes. The Norma comes with nine E27 8W LED dimmable bulbs pre-installed. These are rated for use with TRIAC and 0-10V dimmer systems.

Can the drop heights be adjusted individually?

Yes. Each of the nine glass shades hangs on its own adjustable cable, allowing you to set different heights during installation to fill the vertical space or create a stepped cluster effect. The minimum total drop is 110cm and the maximum is 500cm.

What ceiling height is needed?

A ceiling height of at least 2.7m is recommended. The cluster works best in double-height spaces, over kitchen islands with clearance above, or above dining tables in rooms with high ceilings where the shades can be set at varying levels without obstructing sightlines.

Is the 80cm canopy too large for a standard UK ceiling rose?

Yes. The 80cm matt black canopy is larger than a standard ceiling rose and will require secure mounting to a ceiling joist or rated fixings capable of supporting the 15.82kg weight of the assembled fitting. A qualified electrician should assess the ceiling structure before installation.
