Description

The Norma is a 3 light semi-flush ceiling light with three ribbed glass globes in gold, smoky grey and frosted white suspended on brass stems from a matt black circular base. Each globe is a different size and height, creating an asymmetric cluster that projects approximately 35cm below the ceiling. Three G9 LED bulbs (included) sit inside the globes, and the vertical ribbing in the glass diffuses the light into soft horizontal bands.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, compact living rooms and dining areas with ceiling heights of 2.3-2.7m, the semi-flush profile keeps the fitting close to the ceiling while the 56cm overall diameter provides coverage for rooms up to 12m². The multicoloured glass composition means the light output shifts slightly in tone depending on which globe you're viewing from below — warm amber from the gold, neutral white from the frosted, and cooler shadowed light through the grey.

The matt black metal base and brass stems anchor the three glass globes visually and physically. The ribbed texture on each globe is pressed into the glass during forming, so it's part of the structure rather than surface decoration. The fitting weighs 5.34kg and ships with gravity toggles for secure ceiling mounting in plasterboard or masonry. The included G9 LEDs are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch.

Yes. The Norma includes three G9 LED bulbs rated at 20W each. The bulbs are dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch.

What ceiling height is needed?

The fitting projects 35cm below the ceiling line. For comfortable headroom in a hallway or bedroom, a ceiling height of at least 2.3m is recommended. The semi-flush design suits lower ceilings better than a full pendant drop.

Can the glass globes be replaced if damaged?

The globes are individual components held by the brass stems. Contact Schuller or Niori for replacement parts if a globe is damaged during installation or use.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means the Norma is designed for dry indoor environments only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor use, or any location exposed to moisture or condensation.
