Description

The Node is a sculptural LED pendant light built from two interlocking rings in a gold metal finish, suspended from a matching gold ceiling plate. The rings are linked by curved metal sections that create a continuous chain-link form, with integrated 18W LED strip lighting running inside each ring behind a matte acrylic diffuser. The 3000K LED casts warm white light both upward and downward, giving ambient illumination without visible bulbs or fittings.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls where ceiling heights of 2.4m or above allow the pendant to hang at eye level without obstruction, the Node provides both decorative presence and functional light. The two-ring configuration gives a 34cm overall diameter, making it suitable for tables 1.2-1.8m wide or over smaller kitchen islands where a single pendant is preferred over a linear run of smaller fittings. The adjustable cable allows the drop to be set during installation to position the rings 700-900mm above a table surface.

The gold finish is applied to the metal frame and ceiling plate, giving a warm metallic tone that reads closer to brushed brass than polished gold under most interior lighting. The matte acrylic diffusers inside each ring prevent glare and soften the LED output, turning the rings themselves into the light source rather than exposing individual diodes. The CRI of 90Ra renders colours accurately, making the fitting suitable for dining environments where food presentation matters. The metal construction and IP20 rating limit use to dry indoor locations only.
