Description

The Noctis is a 2-light wall light built from a white metal cylinder housing two adjustable GU10 bulb holders. Each head pivots independently inside the 80mm-wide cylinder, allowing both beams to be directed upward, downward, or at different angles depending on whether the fitting is used for accent, task or ambient lighting.

Designed for hallways, reading corners, bedside positions and living rooms where directed light is needed without a fixed ceiling fitting, the Noctis works as an alternative to table lamps or as supplementary accent lighting to highlight artwork or architectural features. The 180mm projection from the wall is shallow enough for narrow corridors while giving sufficient stand-off for the bulbs to be angled without casting shadows onto the wall itself.

The white metal finish is matte rather than gloss, reducing reflections under daylight and pairing cleanly with white or neutral-toned walls without creating a visible contrast line at the edge of the fitting. The cylinder design hides the back of the GU10 bulbs and the wiring connections, presenting as a single clean form. Both bulb holders accept standard GU10 bulbs up to the rated wattage (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose warm white, cool white or dimmable bulbs depending on room use.

The Noctis takes two standard GU10 bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white LED GU10 bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for general or bedside use, or cool-white bulbs for task lighting in hallways or reading corners.

Yes, when paired with dimmable GU10 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself is dimmer-ready. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific bulb and dimmer model chosen.

Can the light heads be angled independently?

Yes. Each of the two GU10 bulb holders pivots independently inside the cylinder, so one can be angled upward for wash lighting and the other downward for task lighting, or both directed in the same direction for concentrated accent light.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means the Noctis is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It is not rated for bathroom zones where water contact or high moisture is present. For bathrooms, choose a fitting with IP44 or higher.
