Niseko 65cm LED Suspension Ring Light - Matt Black (Remote & App Control)

The Niseko is a 65cm diameter circular suspension light with an integrated 50W LED ring suspended on slim cables from a matt black ceiling canopy. The outer frame is finished in matt black metal, while the inner face uses an opal acrylic diffuser that spreads the 3760 lumens evenly downward and outward at a 145° beam angle. The integrated LED allows colour temperature adjustment from warm 2700K through neutral 4000K to cool daylight 5000K via the included remote control or smartphone app.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces with ceiling heights between 2.5m and 4m, the Niseko provides both task and ambient light in a single fitting. The adjustable drop from 250mm to 2000mm lets the ring sit 700-900mm above a worktop or table depending on room proportions. The remote control allows colour temperature and brightness changes without leaving the sofa, while the app control adds scheduling and scene-setting for users who want automated lighting adjustments through the day.

The matt black finish absorbs reflections and pairs with contemporary, industrial and Scandi interiors where darker tones are used as grounding accents. The 2.7kg weight distributes across the ceiling canopy and the four suspension cables, so the fitting does not require additional ceiling reinforcement when installed on a standard UK plasterboard ceiling with joists. The opal diffuser hides the LED strip inside the ring, preventing glare when the light is viewed from below or from the side.

How is the colour temperature changed?

The Niseko includes a remote control that adjusts both brightness and colour temperature from 2700K to 5000K in increments. The optional Mantra app provides the same controls via smartphone, plus scene-setting and scheduling features for automated adjustments through the day.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 250mm minimum drop suits ceilings from 2.5m upwards when the ring is positioned above a dining table or island. For higher ceilings up to 4m, the maximum 2000mm drop keeps the light at a functional height. The drop is adjustable on installation by shortening the suspension cables.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the ring and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, equivalent to roughly 10-15 years at typical residential usage levels. Mantra provides a 3-year warranty covering LED failure within that period.

Does it provide enough light for a dining table?

At 3760 lumens, the Niseko provides ample light for dining tables up to 2m long or kitchen islands up to 2.5m. The 145° beam angle spreads light widely, so the ring does not create a narrow spotlight effect but rather illuminates the full table surface and surrounding area.
