Description

The Newbury is a flush-mounted outdoor ceiling light with three E14 bulb holders housed inside a hexagonal lantern frame made from lacquered aged copper and clear bevelled glass panels. The 365mm-wide fixture sits 190mm down from the ceiling, providing porch lighting, covered patio illumination or entryway light where ceiling height is limited and a pendant would hang too low.

Designed for covered outdoor areas with IP44 protection against dust and rain splash, the Newbury suits traditional, colonial and farmhouse exteriors where period-style detailing is preferred. The aged copper finish gives a weathered, pre-patinated appearance straight from installation, avoiding the visual discontinuity of bright new copper turning gradually darker over time. The bevelled glass panels diffuse light from the three bulbs while remaining clear enough to show the internal structure of the fitting.

Each of the three E14 bulb holders accepts candle-style bulbs up to 60W, giving flexibility to choose filament, LED or halogen lamps depending on preferred colour temperature and brightness. The lacquered copper finish is sealed to slow further oxidisation, maintaining the aged appearance rather than continuing to darken.
