Description
A broad, shallow disc that sits close against the ceiling, this measures 72cm across and is finished in walnut with black. Inside there is an integrated LED alongside a built-in DC fan, both worked from the handset supplied with it. The white light tunes from warm through to cool, so the same fitting can read soft and yellow in the evening and clean and bright first thing, and it dims down smoothly without a wall dimmer in the circuit. At 3000 lumens it has the output to serve as the main light in a decent sized room.
We would fit this in a bedroom, a study or a sitting room that heats up through the summer months and needs air moving as well as light. Because both the brightness and the airflow answer to the remote, you can settle into a chair or a bed and adjust either without standing up, which is where a fitting like this earns its money. It is one we reach for when a room wants light and a breeze from a single fitting rather than two, and the tuneable white suits a space that works as an office by day and somewhere to wind down at night.
The walnut tone gives it warmth against a white ceiling while the black keeps the outer edge reading crisp, and the shallow depth means it does not hang into the room the way a bladed fan on a drop rod does. Cleaning asks very little: turn it off at the wall, then lift the dust from the face with a dry microfibre cloth, keeping sprays and furniture polish away from the walnut. Keep it to dry rooms indoors, on ordinary household mains. It carries a five year warranty. The LED is built in, so there is no lamp to source or change.

Frequently Asked
What size is it?
It is 720mm in diameter and 200mm deep, so it reads as a wide, low disc rather than a hanging fitting.
How do I switch and dim it?
A remote control comes with it and handles on and off, dimming and the colour temperature, which tunes anywhere between 3000K and 5000K.
Can the LED be replaced?
No, the 15W LED is integrated and comes fitted, along with its driver. It gives around 3000 lumens at full output.
What about the fan?
The fan is a 26W DC unit built into the body of the fitting and operated from the same handset as the light.
How should I clean it?
Switch off at the wall and let it stand for a few minutes, then wipe the face with a dry microfibre cloth. No liquids or polishes on the walnut finish.
