This green ceramic mug says it plainly, with the word NAUGHTY standing out in raised white letters across the front. Beside the lettering, near the handle, sits a small sprig of holly moulded into the glaze in the same green, picked out with three glossy red berries. The body tapers gently from a wide rim to a narrower base, and a generous looped handle gives your fingers plenty of room. Inside, the glaze is a soft cream, so tea, coffee or hot chocolate shows its true colour. It stands 11.2cm tall, 13.5cm wide and 9.5cm deep, a comfortable size for a proper hot drink.
