Mum Verse Watercolour Floral Framed Glass Plaque - White

This framed glass plaque carries a heartfelt verse for Mum in soft gold lettering, set beside a spray of watercolour flowers in pastel pink and blue, with a little bumblebee drifting above them. The verse begins "In life's beautiful garden" and closes "You bring us joy and happiness, and brighten every hour", with Mum, flower and happiness written in a flowing script that gives it a handwritten feel. The print sits on a clear glass panel inside a deep white box frame, so the flowers seem to float. It measures 15.5cm high, 15.5cm wide and 4cm deep, a neat square that fits comfortably on a shelf or side table.

We think it makes a thoughtful Mother's Day gift, the kind of keepsake Mum keeps out all year rather than tucking away in a drawer. The white frame suits cottage and country rooms as readily as a modern home, and the pastel florals sit happily alongside soft greys, creams and sage greens. Its small square size means it finds a place almost anywhere: on a mantelpiece, a dresser, a windowsill, a desk in a home office or a bedside table where she will see it first thing each morning. The garden theme and the little bee make it a lovely choice for a mum who loves her flowers.

On the back, a sawtooth hanger at the top lets you hang it from a single picture hook. The 4cm depth of the box frame allows it to stand upright on a flat surface too, so you can choose wall or shelf. To keep it looking fresh, dust the frame with a soft dry cloth and wipe the glass with a slightly damp cloth, then dry it to avoid smears. Tuck it into gift wrap with a card and a bunch of her favourite flowers, and the verse will say the rest.
