This stoneware mug carries a few heartfelt words for the woman who has been there from the very start: first my MUM forever my FRIEND, written in a mix of flowing script and neat capitals across its front. Beneath the words sits a slender leaf sprig, drawn in the same fine dark line, so the design feels gentle rather than busy.
